Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. 80% of orders ship within 24 hours.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery Time

After processing and dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & EU: 10–18 business days
  • Australia, Canada & rest of world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $59.

For orders under $59, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information. You can also contact us anytime with your order number if you need help locating your package.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

We ensure every item is securely packaged. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at calmlucky@calmlucky.com. We'll assist with the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or full refund if necessary.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled — but you can still return it once received under our Refund Policy.
